Screenwriting samples

Writing is the lifeblood of any successful project. Without solid writing, all the beautiful imagery in the world, pitch perfect music, amazing locations, top-tier actors, and brilliant sound design can't save a bad script.

It's with that philosophy in mind, coupled with my strong grasp of both on-set and post-production processes, that I take screenwriting to be the most important step in any successful production.

Because without a terrific script, your project is dead before it begins.

Terminal

A short film that was very nearly never made, Terminal tells the story of an old man, Frank, who decides to join a dating website for the terminally ill, and gets more than he bargained for.

Terminal received a glowing review as well as having been a crowd favorite at the prestigious 2017 Napa Valley Film Festival.

You Are What You Repeatedly Do

This famous quote, often misattributed to Aristotle (credit actually belongs to philosopher Will Durant), quickly became the heart of the script for Unimate, an energy drink.

Drawing a parallel between excellence as a result of habitual behavior and mental focus as a result of an energy drink was the obvious choice for this gorgeous Unicity ad.
